15,000 bottles were produced in 2006 from this schist plot in St. Lambert du Lattay. Half is fermented and aged in truncated wooden vats and half in barrels. The wine is mineral, straight, elegant and fresh with white flowers. This is an ideal companion to scallops, fish “au beurre blanc”, white meat and cheese. 100% Chenin Blanc.

100% Cabernet Franc, from one of the best producers in the Loire Valley. Harvested from 50 year old vines growing in St. Aubin, and aged in oak for 18 months. No sugar or yeast was added to this wine, it was made in full respect of the character of the vintage just as it was given by nature. The wine is wonderfully full-bodied with good ripeness.
