A wonderful dessert wine from the Loire Valley, made from 50% Botrytis/50% yellow grapes (the yellow grapes help increase acidity). 78 grams residual sugar. Semi-sweet, with notes of citrus and jammy grapefruit. The richness from botrytis is wrapped around fresh floral notes, with plenty of acidity and freshness in the mouth. Only 5000 bottles produced.
