This wine comes to us from a Mouzillon estate located at the crossing of the Sevre and Maine rivers. It is made from the Melon de Bourgogne, a grape which is grown on mostly siliceous soil. It has a lovely pale yellow robe tinged with green. The nose is crisp and aromatic, with a tangy palate of lemon zest, grapefruit, chive, and sea salt notes followed by a crackling finish. Drink now!
