This delightful white wine hails from a 30 year old vineyard in Alsace, where the vines are cared for meticulously using only organic practices. The estate was established in 1620, and has seen three generations of passionate wine growers. This wine has a nose of citrus and white blossoms, spicy, with hints of gun flint. Silky in the mouth, with orange blossom flavors and a long, persistent finish full of vibrant mineral notes. Great with Asian cuisine or seafood!
