A unique, affordable, medium-bodied red blended from Pinot Noir, Cabernet Franc, and Negrette grapes. It is dark ruby with black ink highlights and features a nose dominated by rich black cherry, smoky tar, and a slight hint of vegetal earthiness. The palate is a deep and complex blend of cherry and strawberry flavors, with blackcurrant and licorice, backed by good acidity.
The wine benefits from aeration, so decanting it for at least twenty minutes is suggested. It is excellent when paired with food and an ideal match with herb-encrusted roast chicken, pork loin, veal and cheeses.

Made from equal parts Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay, this beautiful white wine releases exuberant white fruit aromas. The Chenin Blanc gives the wine a crisp, almost racy acidity, with citrus peel notes and hints of minerals. The Chardonnay adds fullness and a little hint of pear. Its smooth mouth puts an emphasis on the aromatic power of the rhyolite hillsides where the grapes were grown.
