This Vin de Pays from the same estate as HYPOGEE was awarded a Silver medal in the Concours Agricole de Paris. A great local expression of Grenache (90%) and old Carignan (10%), giving it smoothness and texture. You will experience the harmony and balance between wood and fruit. It is elegant on the nose, filled with blackberry fruit. The palate is rich, powerful and austere. Manual selection on the sorting table followed by alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
